Background is yellow blends with greenleaves, branches and small orange fruits (unknown variety), gold rim. Artist signed on front is "Cirri" or " O Cirri"
i purchased this creamer at a flea market about 7 years ago i have searched on the internet trying to find out what i can about it but havn't had much luck there are 2 numbers on the botom, 110045008 and # 76 stamped in a square box. i believe this creamer is silver not silver plate most silver plate items are on copper and has silver plate imprinted on the bottom of the item i have checked and this item does not have any copper under the silver
