Large Ceramic Vase

Category
Ceramics and Porcelains
Condition
Mint
Description

This very heavy and glossy vase measures 24 inches high and about 14-15 inches wide at it's widest point.  It is glazed inside and out and has no markings on it anywhere. I believe that my grandmother obtained it in the 1920's but I do not know from where.  Seems like it would be good as an umbrella holder near an entranceway. No nicks or damage anywhere.

I've not been able to find similar items to compare for an approximate value and would appreciate knowing if the vase may have some value.

Thanks!

Carved Chinese Nesting Tables

Category
Asian Art
Condition
Good
Description

4 glass topped carved oriental nesting tables, no manufacturers markings on bottom. Unknown multiple woods in various colors with different graining. Carving on fronts, sides, legs and each tabletop has a different scope of the same scene (under glass). Smallest table has a drawer. Two tables have a  few cracks along the edge, where the scene meets the trim. Darker wood appears to be in good condition with a replacement repair to one length of small  trim around glass on largest table. These have been in my family since the mid 80's. The age is unknown

Hutch and table circa 1960's?

Category
American Furniture
Condition
Excellent
Description

I inherited a buffet hutch & table set from my mother after she passed away & I have absolutely no information on it other than the stamped "Walter of Wabash" on the underside of the table.  After researching (& getting really nowhere) I have discovered that Walter only made the sliders for tables in first half of the 1900's.   I have searched for hours & hours & cannot find anything even similar to these pieces on the internet.

I want to refinish the set & update it.  I'm not interested in selling it, since it was my mother's furniture but I was hoping someone could give me some more info & maybe a ballpark amount of what it may be worth.  If it's valuable, it may affect my decision on how & how much I update the pieces (paint vs stain, replace glass on doors, etc).

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
