This is a old "White Porcelain Bowl" and it has the  " Brown Iron Marks"  shows the old age of the piece.

Flask has a Qing style

Small mouth top with two handles on the neck. There is art where the handles meet the body but not raised. 

The center of the art is a ying yang. Bottom of the flask is a rectangle. 

The bottom of the piece has markings that match the Qing Dynasty. 

Wondering if anyone can determine if this is real or a replica? 

This is a old painting signed Schregle and after doing some research the name Bernardus Petrus Viegers comes up and the painting does reflect his "Style, Brush Strokes and Colors.

This is a very detailed map of the entire estate of "The Glebe". It shows every road and building that is and was on the property over 300 years ago. It's very in a antique wooden frame and it's in very good condition.
