I'm not exactly sure what to call it. But here are the details.The frame is a dark wood hand carved with leaves and flower 21"long by 17"wide. With a glass front. The inside is lined with a golden brown fabric all around sort of like a coffin. There is a picture in the center that looks like ancient Jeresulum or Israel with two followers of Jesus printed on what could also be fabric. Over the picture, is Jesus on a wooden cross. There are quite a few items on the cross (a drinking pitcher, grail, axe, ect). I'm not sure what they are made of. At the foot of Jesus is a tag or label that says "Thy Kingdom Come" 100 days indulgence each time plus IX 14th June 1877. There are two chips on the frame and appears to be very old. My Mother gave it to me as her Mother did to her and so on. We would like to know more about it if you could help or know anyone who can. Thank you so much.
This writing desk can accomodate a chair on either side, as there is a drawer on each side of desk. So it's not really intended to sit flush against a wall. There is a 'leather' insert on top, which is in poor condition; but otherwise the desk is in good condition.
this is a vacuum cleaner not battery or electric you just pump its in pretty good condition it does have lable telling name of company and date july 3 1918 on it and very clear. found it while helping old family member move many years ago. sorry dont have pic at this time but if needed will send.
