This is an old tin-type of Stan Laurel & WC Fields. We purchashed this item from a very old person who bought this picture in Hollywood.

This is not a copy of the picture.  

I am interested in learning the value of these candlesticks.

I've included photos. I'd like to see if anyone has any info on this - it's use, origin, age and rough value. This is a 24 inch by 12 inch thick piece of leather, with 12 bells tied to it. As you can see, some of the bells are more primitive than the others. Some have 2 ridges around them. Any info or comments would be most appreciated.

Bottom has a crest with lion (lt) unicorn (rt) crown on top, words VICTOPIA under crest is Ironstone. It is a flow - blue with scenic picture of houses, bridges, trees.  floral design on top, all blue handle.  Heavy.
