also has writing on the edges saying liberte   egalite   and    fraternite

I do not know much about this item at this time.  Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

it is not paper it is real dried fragile old i don't know if you would bend it or something it would break or crumble break apart maybe it is not worth anything but i have to kno it is been buggin me fior a while now .it is something about the paper the paper it is painted on.

In June of 1959, once school was out, my sister and I were playing - trying to dig a tunnel to China, and we found this metal cup, also a bunch of arrowheads and such.
