This is an old desk with an ink well. There is amatching chair. This probably from a grammer school. The desk is wood with cast iron legs. The chair is a wooden chair with cast iron legs.
At first glance, I thought this bell was indeed made of cast iron. But looking closer, we think it may be brass? It has a gold color to it, but it doesn't scratch off, that is what made us think it may not be paint. It has all original parts, and is in excellent condition!
