Plate wthe as found at a local estate sale. included with plate was a 22 point quality control certification and final inspection. the plate is numbered by the artist and signed. 

I have a pocket watch handed down for generations starting in Wurtzburg Germany. It is an Elgin case rear movement # 6991406. It says "Larmin" (Chromometre) on the front face. The main gear says 15 Rubis & 1a It is great condition and works.
