We know this was made 1860 The machine is free standing (lifts completely out of cabinet) where the later models are attached and fold down. The cabinet is wood & we have the detached wooden box that is meant to cover the machine when not in use.

I found this siloette/art in a second hand store. It was the monogram that caught my eye. I cannot figure out who it is. It appears to be a woman's head made out of the artists initials. The frame is leather like and I believe it to be the original. Included in the signature/monogram is the date 12-23, 19-36. All the best. Charlie.
These appear to be enamel paintings or silkscreens of two paintings by Thierry Ona. Each is signed ONA . Each is framed and matted. The back of the frames are sealed with glued, brown paper. The art itself is approximately 6" x 6" each. The art is very brilliant in colors and appear very shiny in texture. This is why I say enamel. I have not opened the frames. They are beautiful. I have looked on the internet for information, but have yet to find any about the artist biography or find any mention regarding the particular kind of art I have. All I can find is prints for sale. I understand John Simmons "[email protected] may know about these since he is giving/incharge of the current collection, but I have yet to hear from him. I believe the names of the two paintings are 'Dancers' and 'Ballerinas I'. All the best. Charlie.
This a beautiful matte ivory pitcher with heavy gold decoration and handpained floral decor. The handle looks like a twisted vine or root. There is minimal crazing.
This poster has been in my family longer that I have. My parents had it in thier homes throughout the 40 years they were married. But before that the poster hung in my grandma and grandpa's apartment in Buenos Aires Argentina. Now It is in my family. Over 40 years ago it was professionally placed in a burgandy wood frame, It is still in that same frame and the poster is so shiny and untouched from all the years under glass. Its beautiful!
