I know nothing about this chair other than what I have already written. Looking closely I can see that the wood of the arms and legs is molded and was originally left its natural color. The upholstery is a green vinyl though I think this is probably not the original covering because there are tacks along the back of it. It is clearly from the art deco/mid-century modern era though that is all that I've been able to determine after many hours spent online reviewing thousands of photos of mid century molded wood armchairs. 

These glasses were purchased in Belfast, Ireland back in the year 1933 which was during the depression. These glasses are in mint condition and are the frames are pure gold. We took them to an optometrist and he said he had never seen such workmenship done on a pair of glasses.

Kohler clawfoot tub is cast iron has actual claws on the balls of the legs that sit in the floor.  very deep and wide compared to todays standard tub.  needs to be refinished on the inside and the facets leak- but they are they original facets with the tub.  not very heavy.  can be lifted by 2 people. tub is completely white and says kholer usa on the rim by faucets.

Arm of chair needs to be secured to back base.  Otherwise, seems to be in good shape for its age.  Can still sit in seat and it's pretty comfortable.

this is one of the original copies of the declaration of independence it was given to Edward Rutledge of S.Carolina who signed the original declaration in 1776.this copy was passed down from genaration to genaration in my family the Rutledges

I really dont know what all to put here but I know it is a singer and in what I would consider good condition. i am trying to find the value of this piece!
