Cast Iron Mechanical "Artillery Bank"

Description

A red and blue uniformed soldier is standing alongside a cannon that is facing a stone fort. When coin placed in cannon, cock released, and lever released, the coin fires at the fort, and the soldier moves his arm as though to say "Fire!". Good condition, original finish albeit paint worn and faded. Late 19th century.

I call this the "fish bowl" because it has the characterists of a fish.  It is turquois, white and gold in color.  I can not identify the maker by the signature.

Florence Family Rotary Sewing Machine

I found this item at an antique store in Milledgeville, GA. It still has the instruction manual with it. There is also a letter in the drawer to a farmer in Durham, NC dated 1943 form the Department of Agriculture. It also has a metal case in one of the drawers with items for the machine in it. It also has original thread and needles inside.More photos available upon request.
