This is a USA War Ration Book  with serial number, valid stamp and actual left over stamps contained within.

This book is in good condition considering the age. THere is a small tear in the corner and someone has written their name on the inside cover.

unfortunatly do not have picture at this time. chair is staight backed with tapered legs. bag is shaped similar to an open book or tablet. latch release allows back to fold down at which point you could sit backwards in chair and use back as a desk.
