This is a free standing "statue" of a man holding a sitar.  Looks like it was painted with a thick acrillic paint, the man is obviously supposed to be indian (mustache, eye shape and makeup, sitar) But i can't distinguish any kinds of marks or cultural background of any kind.

I have searched everywhere to find the name of this pattern and the value of these cups and saucers. They are in mint condition and beautiful. The spoons a tiny and have "Waldorf Astoria" on the underside. They are Shenango with the green indian logo with what I call a floating "copywrite" symbol (Meaning that it's in a different place around the logo on each piece of china.

Can someone please help me?

I looked up some information on the internet and found that by the markings on the bottom that it was made by J Conning of Mobile AL.

The mug has an inscription on it that reads "B. F. S. to Rev. Wm. Spence". It appears to be in very condition but does need to be cleaned and polished. This mug is probably made of coin silver.
