I have an 1800's journal that belonged to someone. They have journal writings and drawings in this and it's dated on almost every page. Some of the pages are loosed but intact and the cover is black with some sort of design on the front. I was wanting to know if this is worth anything.
beautiful grain table, a few cigarette burns + I-glass ring on top from earlier days-, has no.#714 under top, needs some spiffing up-some scuffs on legs from maybe vacuum, in family long before me ('44)
It has the word galatea on it and says there is a us design patent applied for. It says it was hand painted in japan and has solid gold all the way around the outside.
