We know very little, My great great aunt passed away about 3 years ago and don't know the full story. Historic information is our main interest, though we would also not mind knowing the approximate value. Thanks for any help you may have.
This is a wood chimming mantel clock with key.The face has the word Necor written on it, it is wood with a white band with brass numbers and hands. Inside is written

OVEROCEAN CLOCK CO.

MADE IN WEST GERMANY
UNAJUSTED
341-020
11cm
200.8
also there is the number 27 carved in the wood on the inside. Sorry I have not made it out of the ice age so I do not have a picture to post.
I have no pictures. I bought this today and was curious about it. It is comfortable and works good. One arm is loose but all the mechanics work. I may not have the original upholstery because it looks too new, however it is soiled. There is a pushbuton on the right arm.The back only reclines .I believe it is mission oak. It has no footrest. It is on small roller cast wheels with small ballbearings in them. There is a name plate on it exactlly as described above!
