cannot get my computer to allow link to insert photo - hope you can still help me

Please Help on this. I buy this set of two potes for tea or similar,

one is like a sugar bowl, and the other have a filter. I want to know aprox. the fabrication date and what is a razoneable value.

This is a Perfection Smokeless Oil Heater, Made in USA, with Trademark and Patent No. 630 marked on the front. It is two tone, brick red and country blue. I did some research on the patent number, 630 wasw issued in 1838. There is some rust around the top, but this piece is in excellent condition considering its age and could easily be restored.

I  am no expert, but this  appears to be an oil  painting of a tall  ship signed by "Jackson."  The frame shows some wear and the back of the canvas has several small tan blotches as can be seen on the photo below.

Antique plate by F. Primavesi & Sons possibly from mid 19th Century. It shows an oriental scenery in high detail as seen in the pic.

The back has a coat of arms and underneath it is "F. Primavesi & Sons, Swansea & London". Measures 15" x 12" and weighs about 3 lbs.

I'd like to know more about this plate such as when it was made, rarity, value, etc. Thanks.
