Profile picture for user Lovejoy
By Lovejoy, 24 August, 2017
Accurate Description of Item
One Late 1920's Louis XVI Style Bedroom Suite , comprising of one double bed, dresser and vanity.
Appraiser Remarks
Your Trunk will require a separate appraisal, as it is not part of the matched bedroom suite. The suite itself dates from the late 1920's and like many suites made during this period they tend to be a mix of European Historical styles and the then popular Art Deco style. This particular suite uses design motifs of the 18th Century French Louis XVI style.

Most furniture like this was produced 1900-1930 by furniture factories centered in the Grand Rapids Michigan region of the USA, without a label it's impossible to determine an individual maker..Demand for suites like this last peaked during the early 1990's, demand and values for them since then have been in decline.
Estimated Value
$1000.00- $1500.00
