Antique bronze spoon, voodoo witch doctor design, Rare

Hello,

I have recently aquired an interesting item that looks unique. It is a bronze spoon with some sort of voodoo witch doctor design on it. It looks fairly native African but also looks Aztec-ish. I'm not quite sure of the details of this spoon so anyone who has any thoughts or knowledge of this item would be much appreciated.
