Ogee feet

not sure what kind of wood - mahogany? 

key locks are lockable - but don't have key

i also know this is serpentine style. 

i am looking to find out any information on this piece. 

Theres no makers label, stamp etc on the piece. Only a Bekins moving company tag. 

Please contact me if you know anything about this piece - make, year etc. I think it's mid 18th century?
