Antique - French Provincial Side Board/ Buffet/ Serving Table.  This is an antique side board/ buffet/ serving table with beautiful design, unique hardware and ample storage. It has some imperfections, primarily on the back lower legs (see picture), but overall is in good condition. All drawers and locks are functional. We didn't know much about the piece which is why we had it appraised (see below for the official appraisal). This would be a great addition to any home looking to add to the farmhouse or french country feel! We would love to keep it, but unfortunately our space is too small to accommodate this piece. Due to the size, we much prefer local pickup but are open to discussing shipment options.  Submitted by InstappraisalAppraiser's Description: One French Provincial Side BoardAppraiser's Remarks: Based on the images and the hardware this piece is in the French Provincial style and possibly originated in Quebec, Canada, then a French Colony. The Canadian pieces tend to be rougher than their French counterparts. The style first appeared during the mid 1700's and was made in the Colonies into the early 19th Century.
