I see the word 'Solid State' on the dial glass. This places the manufacture date somewhere in the late 60s to the 70s. It sure looks to me like it is from the 70s. Typically this is really not worth much to collectors. Most collectors are mostly interested in the vintage tube gear and some of the early solid state components. Sorry for the bad news.
