6" plastic? doll with coat

Description This is a 6" tall doll of a little girl with blond hair. There is some kind of seam on the sides of the doll. The face and hair are painted. The arms are immobile and attached to her body. The legs are immobile and there is part of a cast or mold between her legs. The right hand has defined fingers, the feet look like they may have shoes on with socks, the vertical lines mentioned earlier. There is some damage:1/2 of the right foot is broken off and the left has a crack and some scrapes to the front, the butt cheeks have cracks and scrapes, the arms have cracks to the shoulder, the head has a crack from the back to the front and there are scuffs or scrapes, the nose has a scrape. The coat is tied on with blue ribbon and appears to be in tact except for being very dirty.

Distinguishing marks found no marks, face and hair painted, looks like there is a seam on the sides of her body and the feet seem to have some vertical lines just past the ankles, there is a hole on the bottom of her left foot
