Description
This table belongs to friends who relocated out of state. I have offered to sell it for them and need to know a fair asking price. They purchased it from an antiques dealer in 1995 and paid $2000.00.
They were told it is circa 1880-1890, tiger oak or quarter sawn oak. It is in very good condition with the exception of a shallow scratch (pictured) and some minor cosmetic flaws on the table top.
It has two original additional leaves, and they had two additional leaves made out of the same wood/grain to match but are unfinished.
The dimensions are: 48 X 48, three leaves are 13X48, one leaf is 11X48. It is a beautiful piece and is very heavy.
