Antique Cut Glass Basket with Handle

American brilliant cut glass basket. Diamond button pattern on wider sides, and starburst pattern underneath flared edges. The entire basket is detailed, aside from the handle. A very solid piece, weighing approximately 3 lbs. 1’ tall, 10” long, and 5.5” wide. The glass itself is roughly 1 cm thick. I found it in a thrift store, and later found the same basket listed online for sale between $150-300. I am interested to know what tine period it is from, and where it was made, if possible.
