Antique Office Chair that swivels with Leather back and Seat.

This chair is solid wood  and in casters and all base and swivel components are solid wood, Even the shaft is made of wood.  There is original leather (clearly damaged on the seat).  The stuffing appears to be wool and under the seat is cross hatched burlap strips.  

 I would like to know any information on the age, manufacturer and possible value of this chair.  Thank you!
