This is a paperweight my mom has had for over 30yrs...she got it at a tag sale in n.y. in the 1970's...It has what looks like an initial in one of the millifoiri...cant tell if it's a F, 3, T, or a J....the pontil marks are still on the back...it does have a chip on one edge...can you give me an appraisal ......it would make her very happy...she does want to sell it...
