This is a piece I recieved from my Grandmothers estate, It belonged to either my Grandmother (born in 1922 or Great Grandmother (born in the 1890's), both of whom were born and raised in Chicago. I am not sure if this is a tie clip or a womans pin. The clas is extremely old looking. There are no markings that I can find on the back. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!
