Antique Porcelain Cups & Saucers, Japan? China? Meissen?

I have a set of porcelain cups and saucers.  They are blue and white.  They appear to be Japanese, Chinese or maybe German?  They have blue makers marks on the bases.  I would like to know if someone knows the maker of these.  Thanks!

I have six blue and white dinner plates all stamped underneath with "Villoroy and Boch Wallerfangen Meissen Made in Saar Basin" they all depict a strikingly similar flower pattern to the one shown on your items.
