i found this old stoneware jug at the bottom of the lake while scuba diving. it is 12 inches tall and 24 inches in circumfrence. it is white and it has the blue square and inside the square is Hartz & Bahnsen Wholesale Druggist Rock Island Ills.

these guys started out about 1892, I believe they were pharmisitsts that made all sorts of medical devices from women's douches to high speed syringes, wouldn't surprize me that they made some snake oil and put it in your jug. Good day.
