'Block' Print of Cat

Description

I would assume this to be a "block" style print. there is indenting into paper at edges. The print measures approx: 4in x 4in and the printed subject matter measures 3in x 2-3/4in. Frustrated that I haven't been able to determine the artist, or have I found any similar subject presented such as this.
