Description I can't upload a picture at this time because i've misplaced my SD memory card. But it's in good shape, and i couldn't even find a picture on google images to say it's similar to this. Nothing similar to this on ebay either. I'll try to get a picture up asap. But it's really nice, originally came with a 3-leg wooden bottom that folded out, but that was lost in a move.

Hard to say without a picture, but there's not a lot on bronze here. In my research on bronze and brass (we inherited a bit also), unless it is really, really old, or signed/marked, or of particular artistic interest/quality, it seems to sell a bit over weight value if you are lucky. This is especially true of items from India, Persia area, as the artists were paid peanuts so theoretically, from, what I've read "adds no value to the piece." My submission is bronze too, take a look.

Get a pic up!

Patsheba's quite right, these were cranked out for the tourist market from the turn of the 19th Century until the present with very little difference in design . We see hundreds of them every year, most sell for less than 150.00 at auction.

Lovejoy
