Description This is the most intricately detailed figurine I have ever seen; the hand-painting is exquisite, including thin gold painting edging and highlighting his coat, shoes, etc.  His face and eyes are meticulously painted also.  His fingers are perfect and separated, and there is much detail in his clothing as well.  From his stance, it looks as if he might be a conductor, but the baton (if that's what it was) is broken off in his right hand (the ONLY flaw I've found).  I have spent a couple of hours scouring ebay looking for something similar, and the closest I've found are German figurines -- but seriously, even those don't equal the detail on this little guy.  Whoever made and painted him is amazing.
