Original oil paintings by Rico Tomaso can sell for thousands of dollars.  The important thing is the provenance of the painting; what documents or information you have showing where the painting came from, when you took possession of the painting and from whom. 

What does the back of the painting look like?  Is there any information attached to the back of the frame? Check.  It is a beautiful piece.  Good luck.
