Description
Charleston-born artist and musician Carsten Jantzen (1930-1994) painted many Lowcountry landscape scenes in the late 1960's and through out the 70's. He holds a bachelor of arts degree and a bachelor of science degree from Juilliard School of Music in New York. He was a member of the Charleston Artists Guild, receiving top honors in local and state art exhibits.
