central mirrored triple wardrobe

By Beccawolf143, 25 July, 2015
Description

This wardrobe took three grown men to move because its just so large and so heavy, because of this unfortunatly we had to take it some what apart in order for it to fit into our storage unit. and of course i didnt think to grab the camera until afterwards, so that is why its not all together in the photos. The piece consists of 3 closet doors and four drawers at the bottom. The two slimmer doors go on each ot the ends and both have a mirror on the inside that is the length of the door itself. The large door in the middle has a full length mirror facing outwards however was broken when we acquired it. That is the only thing wrong with this piece of furniture. We were going to have it replaced but decided against it because we just werent sure how to go about it. The drawers have the beast/wolf like critter on them holding the handle, which are all made of bronze. It has alot of floral type patterns (all in bronze) that are actually all over. Its very embelleshed at the peak on top of the wardrobe, some on the bottom, and even some sort of ivy looking design that comes down the sides of the doors. There is pretty inlay on the drawers, and in random inconspicuous spost there is a "V11" carved into the wood. and this is all over the wardrobe. The hinges have a symbol on them as well. It looks to be an arrow (from a bow & arrow) with two tiny c's facing each other at the end of the arrow. There are also letters of some  sort that my husband nor I can make out. but they are to the left of the arrow it seems. To me it looks like maybe PAHT-EorA?? Im not sure of that at all. Please excuse my ignorance in trying to explain this. I hope that i was able to give you some what of an ida of what it looks like, and that the pictures are useful. If you have any more questions I will be happy to answer them. Again thank you for your time and thank you for edgucating me on this gorgeous piece of furniture! Anxious and looking forward to hearing from you!
