Hello This is a common Lefton China ceramic figure. This particular figure was produced between 1949-1955, the bottom should have a stamped crown encircled with "Lefton China,Hand Painted, Reg.U.S. Pat. Off. this was the mark Lefton used between 1949 and 1955; this figure sells on eBay for between 3 and 7 dollars.
