Chanel No. 5

By jade chambers, 16 December, 2013
Description

I need an appraisal for an antique Chanel No. 5. I believe it is from the 1920-1940's because of the dot under the No. instead of the side of it. It has the box and it is unopened. Although it is missing the little black circle that would be on the seal.  The bottom of the box says EXTRAIT M M and also No. 202, Made in France. Thank you!

Received this bottle from a family member, it has been stored in a chest for many years and after that a dresser drawer. I do not know much about the perfume except that Chanel discontinued the dot under the No. a while after production started and this bottle has it.
