Description
This beautiful chess board is inlaid in a wooden box which includes a pull-out sectioned drawer to store the pieces. The pieces appear to be hand-carved. The front piece border of the wooden box is missing - making it appear that the drawer is slightly pulled out. The bottom of the wooden box is cut in a nice design. (see last picture). I haven't been able to find any chess set like it on the web with the pull-out sectioned drawer. I would love to know more about it.
