Description
It stands about 22" tall and the top piece measures about 6" across at the opening. It has a wide base about 9" wide at the bottom. The metal is silver in color, but I'm not sure what it is made of. The plug had been cut and I had to replace it and the crystals hanging from it. Outside of that I know nothing else about it.
