It's a large, heavy, possibly bronze or brass decorative mantle clock. It says Italy on the front, and inside on the clock piece it says FHS Germany, 130-070. Other than that there is nothing else written on it. The pics I keep finding online are of a clock that look slightly different. This was supposedly bought at an antique store 10 years ago. To be honest I'm just wondering if I should hang on to it, or sell it at next year's garage sale for a few bucks lol.
