Dunhill Pilot Namiki Fountain Pen

Dunhill Pilot Lacquered fountain pen. Namiki-style signature in Japanese characters. The clip says Dunhill, and the nib says Manifold Pilot 14k.   Lacquer  design is of two birds on a branch of  what is possibly a cherry blosoom tree. The ink filler is the bladder-lever type.  Would like to know age and value if possible
