Description

Found this print as is complete with wood frame in a local flea market.  Fell drawn to it the moment I saw it.    The print is very fragile and the frame shows wear/age.  The frame is approximately 16 X 26.  The signature Em Oberhauser appears in the lower right hand corner.  Any information would be appreciated.

Handcolored Emanuel Oberhauser lithographic print of The Royal Wedding of Lohengrin, scene from 1850 opera by Wagner. (Famous for the song Here Comes The Bride. Story based on a medieval epic tale, probably fiction.) I have seen 1907 and 1915 for date of lithograph. I have one that is labeled Lohengrin on the matting. Otherwise I wouldn't have known that title to find more info. I also would like to know the value. The ones I have seen online are all handcolored differently, some very bright. Mine is more subdued like yours. Mine also says Printed in England. No date. Anyone know ballpark value of these?
