This is in very good condition! There are 2 very small chips in the enamel, one located on the left side of the compact right up against the seam of the compact, and the other on the top left of the front of the case. I have done a lot of looking online and have not been able to find anything like it...I have found cases with either a lighter or a compact, but none with both. I have also searched the pattent number and come up empty handed. I would really like to know more about this item like just how old it is and its approx. value. Thank you for taking a look at it! :) I may be interested in selling, make an offer and we can go from there!
