G. Fobis oil painting

You have an interesting and yet very familiar painting!
I know I have seen this before as a print and, judging from my researches, this is a typical painting style of this artist. He sells at bulk painting sites that you see advertised every so often, and lists on line at a few of the bulk consignment sale sites for paintings.

The only contemporary one I was able to find (also a sea scene, 36x24) sold for $40.
