Looks to be hand painted, there are 3 men in a boat one is paddling, the sky is kinda cloudy and windy but the waves in the water and tree's .. birds in the sky. the water goes all the way around the bottom of the vase, small house i think in the back ground with a dock. No markings that i can find other than a stick on the bottom that reads Kansas art museum
