I have a necklace that has been passed down in my family. It was given to me by my Great-Great Grandmother. She had recieved it from her mother. So I am unsure how far back it actually goes. I took it to a jewler for apprasial (all this is very new to me), they of course could not appraise it and would not even verify if the stones where Jade.
I am from a very small town the antique shops out here really do not even sell true antiques. I am attaching pictures and wondering if you can help. This is the first time I have considered selling this, my husband is a residential electrician and has been laid off from the union for the past year. Times are very hard.
