Description I am not positive of the condition, possibly fair to poor due to cover is not attached to the pages but the pages are in intact. The publishng firm was Chicago Inter-state Publishing co 1883. I do not see a name of who it was written by. There is a picture on the front page that has John Brown under it. It includes pictures of the cities, villages and townships, educational, civil, religious, military and political history, portraits of prominent persons,and biographies of rep[resenative citizens.
