Description Looks like a a hobo carrying a brown bucket in one hand and a cloth sack in the other. has a dog and a sheep at his feet. has a bed roll strapped to his back and a red scarf around his neck. Man has black hair and black beard and mustache with white streaked through it. Hat and clothing all have a grayish color. Decanter opens at his waste. Still has unbroken "tax paid" stamp/seal on back of decanter with #038375979. Front bottom of decanter has gold and silver label. Genuine regal china,Beam 100 months old, 80 proof, kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Any info. or value would be appreciated.
