Description

this is a framed Jimi Hendrix "Are You Experienced" album I bought at a boutique underneath the Hard Rock Cafe in 1996 in Montreal Canada.  It reads " Presented to Jimi Hendrix to commemorate the sale of more than 500,000 copies of Reprise Records Long-Playing Record Album " Experience".  On the first inside edge of the album is scratched L4806X.  Since I have had it and moved numerous times there are some slight tears to the paper in the back. Also no authenticity certification paperwork was provided when purchased.

Clearer photos (especially of the record label and the descriptive plate) would help a lot here.

There is several different series.1 they made 150000 thousand copies wich are currently worth around 30.00 to 60.00 depending on the condition.the other versions they made 20 these were for the industry big wigs and are worth anywhere from 10,000 to 100000.00 you can tell by the stamp on the bottom right corner if you have the stamp get it checked you might be sitting on a gold mine.then there was the one presented to hendrix himself but I believe it's in the rock museum. If you need any other info I will need some clear pictures and a close up of the bottom right corner.
