L & F Moreau lamp
It sits on a black and white marbel stand that is 5 inches circular. it seems to be metal but looks like a grey ceramic. It is 20 inches high and 7 inches at it's widest point. it has beauticul ivy leaf design and two pillars on both sides(see pictures). it is signed.
